Wairarapa Villa

A charming two bedroom newly built heritage home in the Wairarapa, featuring beautiful detailing, an attached garage, and a unique octagon shaped conservatory. uPVC single hung windows were used throughout, alongside an awning window and custom arched window, blending that iconic New Zealand villa aesthetic with modern energy efficiency. A Clad Wood door and uPVC sliding door, featuring traditional style satin nickel hardware, compliment the heritage look.
