Charming Kāpiti Coast

This spacious 1980s family home, just outside Wellington on the Kāpiti Coast, underwent a major renovation that was completed in late 2022. New uPVC double glazing was added throughout the home, replacing the outdated brown aluminium single glazing that was there before. The result is a stunningly beautiful and super energy efficient home that the whole family will enjoy for years to come.
